Benbow Brothers, based near Shrewsbury, offer professional, qualified and fully insured tree surgery and tree care services for both domestic and commercial customers. We were approached to help architect a cloud solution to allow them to transition from local desktop and paper-based management to a digital cloud solution based around Office 365. Their new system provided a single login capability, automated quote and invoice generation, client and communication management, job and asset management as well as the ability to export Sage-Compatible customer and audit transaction records. The solution has helped move the business from a reactive approach to a streamlined, transparent process reducing missed leads, downtime and unnecessary last-minute hiring of external assets.
